Chuchu Land by Yerjanik is guest house/educational center in the village of Kurtan, Lori region. Kurtan is located in the Stepanavan region, adjacent to the Dendropark, the Hnevank monastery complex and the Tsits Kar. The village has been inhabited for thousands of years, and has been revitalized since the 1720s. Most of the population came here from Western Armenia and Artsakh. In Kurtan is the 5th-7th century Surb Astvatsatsin Church, which is one of the best-preserved basilica structures in Armenia.
